Off-Platform Transactions Policy

At Mercabl, maintaining a safe environment for our buyers and sellers is a top priority. To achieve this, we utilize Stripe-powered payments for secure payment processing, and maintain a structured case resolution system. However, these safeguards only apply to transactions conducted within Mercabl. Any transaction that occurs outside of our platform will not be eligible for our protection services.

To minimize the risk of fraud, scams, or other security threats, conducting business off the Mercabl platform is strictly prohibited. Specifically, users are not allowed to:

• Offer to buy or sell products outside of Mercabl.
• Direct buyers to complete a purchase on another website or platform.
• Share QR codes, links, or messages that guide users away from Mercabl for transactions.

Once a transaction begins on Mercabl, it must be completed within our platform. Sellers are required to list accurate prices for their products, and the price stated in a listing must reflect the actual cost of the item being sold. Manipulating prices after a sale to bypass transaction fees, providing false information about an item's location, or using another member's account without permission is strictly forbidden.

These rules help ensure a fair and safe marketplace for everyone. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or removal from Mercabl.
